The course supplies theoretical and physical bases on the social-cultural evolution of the landscape, looking at the planning aspects, with much attention to the “Codice dei beni culturali e del paesaggio” and to the European Convention of the landscape. The course will illustrate cases study at the territorial scale (regional, provincial and communal plans) and at the detail scale (spaces of relation, gardens, roads, etc), in which they will come supplied knowledge of landscaping.
