For Architecture students, the course aims to integrate the formation of a non-jurist operator with basic acknowledgment for the comprehension of juridical texts, such as laws, sentences, administrative deeds, private juridical deeds. The purpose is to give the capacity of recognizing specific juridical problems about the several types of urbanistic transformations of the territory, and suitable competences to adapt and perform technical planning solutions to juridical prescriptions and, particularly, to boundaries that derive from environmental context.
Per gli studenti di architettura e per gli studenti di giurisprudenza, il corso è finalizzato a far acquisire le conoscenze specifiche relative alla disciplina del territorio, con particolare riferimento al rapporto tra la pianificazione urbanistica e la tutela ambientale, al controllo sull'attività edilizia e ai vincoli che gravano su tale attività in funzione di tutela dei diritti fondamentali

There will be a written exam, aimed at verifying the level of knowledge of fundamental juridical notions and specific notions of territory government. The exam will be composed by two parts: the first part will consist in 15 “multiple answer” questions, such part will be considered passed if 11 answers are correct. The second part consists of the formulation of a specific juridical question in matter of urbanistic law, the student will have to give a brief and coherent answers which depicts the main juridical matters and the relative solutions
An optional oral examination can be taken by the students who have passed the written examination: in this case the final grade will be an average of oral and written grades
