OFA - Additional Educational Requirements

OFA refers to Additional Educational Requirements (Obblighi Formativi Aggiuntivi) assigned to students who did not reach a specific score on the entrance test or assessment for first-cycle degree programs (bachelor's degrees).

OFA must be fulfilled during the first year of the program.

 

How to know if you have OFA to fulfill
In your digital student record / libretto (please wait until at least the end of October for updates), you will see two codes:

OFABxxxSOS - ENTRANCE KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT TAKEN

OFABxxxSUP - ENTRANCE KNOWLEDGE ASSESSMENT PASSED

 

The OFA code SOS indicates that you took the admission test for the degree program (or the knowledge assessment test) and passed it, allowing you to matriculate. In your student record, you will see a green icon and the passing date.

The OFA code SUP covers 2 cases:
CASE 1: NO ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS, because on the entrance test you exceeded the required score in the subjects specified by the call for applications. In your student record, you will see for example:

 

CASE 2: ADDITIONAL EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS TO FULFILL, because on the entrance test you did not reach the required score in the subjects specified by the call for applications. In your student record, you will see an image as shown below, without any text (or marked as "Planned" / "Pianificata"), without any date

and therefore you have additional educational requirements to fulfill.

 

To fulfill your OFA, please follow the specific instructions provided by your Degree Program (CdS)
