WHO CAN SUBMIT THE APPLICATION

→ Enrolled students
^{Students enrolled in the reference academic year for the graduation session can submit a graduation application. Enrollment for an academic year is valid from September to April (inclusive) of the following year. This means that a student intending to graduate by April of the new academic year is exempt from university tuition fees.
In case of payment of non-due fees, these will be refunded.}

→ Non-enrolled students
^{Enrollment must be regularized at least one working day before the graduation application deadline, at the Student Administration Office (Segreteria Studenti). This is because fees, once paid, are not immediately registered in your academic record, but on the following day, as is the case for enrollment (IT system updates take place overnight). Furthermore, fee payments are not automatically linked to enrollment; therefore, graduating students who need to register for thesis sessions must verify that their enrollment is registered under "Gestione Carriera Studenti" (Student Career Management) on the Online Services page. If the enrollment is not updated, they must notify the student administration office of the payment made at least one working day before the graduation application deadline.
In case of enrollment regularization outside the ordinary deadlines, resulting in fee payment on the day of the graduation application deadline itself, it will not be possible to register for the graduation session.}

• The online submission of the thesis application does not guarantee the regularity of exams and university fees and is, in any case, subject to verification by the Morgagni Student Administration Office.
• Email communications must take place exclusively through the institutional email account (firstname.lastname@edu.unifi.it)
• Graduations are regulated by the University Guidelines.

The Architecture Library offers graduating students of the School the Biblio in-forma service, dedicated to assisting with bibliographic research for graduation theses.
The service is available by appointment (by writing to Ask the Library) either in person, at the Architecture Library, or via Google Meet videoconference.
