Committees
The schedule is sent by email to all graduating students and faculty members who have been called to participate, via their institutional email account.
The publication date of the schedule may vary from one graduation session to another due to issues that may arise while the schedule is being prepared.
Changes to the Schedule
In the event of changes to the schedule (absence of committee members, rescheduling of thesis defences, etc.), the PDF files published on this page will not be updated.
If requests for changes are communicated to the relevant offices sufficiently in advance, those concerned will be notified by the offices via email (at their institutional email account).
The documentation required for the thesis defence (minutes, etc.) will nevertheless be correct.
If changes are communicated after all documentation has already been delivered to the locations where the thesis defences will take place, it will be the responsibility of the person requesting the change to inform the Chair of the Committee and all other parties concerned.
In this case, the documentation required for the thesis defence (minutes, etc.) will contain incorrect information; corrections may be made directly on the day of the session.
