The course aims to enhance the importance of the protection of creativity and innovation with reference to copyright and design, analyzing the various tools for the protection of the form provided for by the Italian legal system and by community and international legislation.

During the course of the course there will be exercises in order to make students familiar with the tools of protection of creativity, design and brand.
