Erasmus+ Traineeship with a Proposed Destination involves an internship period at one of the entities that have an active agreement with the University of Florence (Unifi).
The list of proposed destinations with active agreements for the current academic year can be found on the University’s Erasmus+ page, in the section Mobility for Traineeship.
This list, along with the University Call for Applications, is published annually by the Rectorate, usually between February and March.

(to view them, select Erasmus+ Traineeship generica and Scuola di Architettura)
The University Call for Applications specifies the admission requirements, the application procedure, the deadline for submission, and includes the link to the list of proposed destinations.
Applications must be submitted exclusively through the Turul online platform.
Students who choose to apply for a company affiliated with the School will participate in the “Selection for the formation of rankings for Erasmus+ international mobility for traineeship – Sede Generica"

Once selected, the student must accept their placement in the ranking according to the deadlines and procedures outlined in the call for applications.
In the following days, the International Mobility Office of the School of Architecture will contact the selected students and the host institutions to inform them of the result. Please note that being selected in the Unifi ranking does not guarantee that the traineeship will take place.
Host institutions may request additional information—such as a CV, portfolio, or interview—before finalizing the student's acceptance.
Once the traineeship and period have been confirmed with the host organization, the student must complete the Learning Agreement for Traineeship.
The Learning Agreement for Traineeship is a contract between the student, the sending university, and the host organization. It defines the mobility period, the planned internship activities, and, in the case of a curricular traineeship, the number of ECTS credits to be recognized upon return.
Learning Agreement for traineeship
A few weeks before the mobility period begins, the student will be contacted by the Servizi alla Didattica Office to sign the Mobility Contract.
Along with the signed copy of the contract, the student will receive the Confirmation of stay for Traineeship.
This document must be brought along when leaving for the host country. The host organization must indicate the arrival date on the document, which is essential for determining the official start date of the mobility period and, consequently, the disbursement of the financial contribution.
A guide to requirements prior to mobility is available
Upon arrival at the host institution, students must have the start date of the mobility indicated on the Confirmation of Traineeship Period form.
The certificate, signed by the host institution, must be sent within 15 days of the indicated start date to the following email address: outgoing.erasmus@unifi.it
It is possible to make changes to the Learning Agreement by completing and having the During the Mobility section of the Learning Agreement signed and stamped.
It is possible to extend the Traineeship period, provided that the requirements outlined in the During the Mobility Guide are met.
The request must be submitted by completing the following template.
